All products by KD Sport have a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product’s performance or render it unfit for use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

Minor issues, such as delaminations, broken clips, ratchets, laces, tube inners, or other replaceable parts, will be repaired within a reasonable timeframe. For major defects that impact usability and cannot be repaired (e.g., cracks or structural tears), a replacement product or store credit of equivalent value will be provided.

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact the store directly you purchased your products with along with your Proof of purchase as it is required for all claims. This may include an original invoice, receipt, or, in some cases, a bank statement showing the date of purchase.
